  • What are daily vitamin packs?

    Daily vitamin packs contain a 28 days supply of your chosen vitamins. Each days vitamins are packaged in labelled wallets, Monday to Sunday, weeks 1 to 4. You are able to custom make your own pack or choose from one of our 7 predetermined packs.

  • What vitamins are right for me?

    Here at My Vitamin Friend we have a wide choice of vitamins, something that will suite all. Click on Create My Own Pack and under each vitamin is an information button that gives a detailed description for every vitamin and shows the benefits of each.

  • How do I create a custom order?

    It's simple to create your own custom-made vitamin pack, if you have any problems follow these easy steps:

    • Click onto Create My Own Pack
    • Select which vitamin you would like to have in your pack by clicking on the ADD button
    • Select which days you would like to take this vitamin, for example days 1, 3 and 5, or alternatively click select all if you would like it everyday
    • Then press ADD
    • This will then load into your vitamin calendar at the top of the page
    • Repeat steps 2-5 for every vitamin you would like to have in your pack
    • Once you have finished click on ADD TO BASKET and type your very own name for your unique pack
    • You have now created your own pack and can click CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT to pay for your order
  • How long is delivery?

    We guarantee you order will be with you in no longer than 5 days

  • Can I alter my order each month?

    Of course! You may cancel or alter your order up to 2 working days before we send you your pack/next 28 days vitamin supply. Existing customer get an email with 48 hours' notice saying day pack will be prepared.

  • How do I create an account?

    When you create your first order here at My Vitamin Friend you will be set up with your own account, this will consist of your e-mail address and a password chosen by yourself. Every time you visit My Vitamin Friend you will be able to log in to your account using the Customer Login on the homepage by using your e-mail and your password. Using your own account you will be able to make new orders, amend already existing orders and cancel/ change your orders or/and personal details.

  • What do I do if I have forgotten my username and/or password?

    Go to the customer log in page and underneath click on the forgotten username and/or password tab, you will then be asked to input your email address, which will automatically send your account details to enable you to log back in again.

  • How do I edit my account information?

    Sign into your MVF account and click on the edit account tab, you will then be able to alter any of you current information.

  • Can I view what I have ordered?

    To view/ change any order you have made at My Vitamin Friend sign into your own account using your selected e-mail address and password. FINISH ONCE KNOWN

  • How can I share my MyVitaminFriend experience?

    We love to hear about your experiences on My Vitamin Friend and think it's vital we get your feedback. There are many ways you can share your experiences, we have our very own Blog, this can be accessed by clicking on the Blog tab from the home page.
